Commitment 

SolaVita is committed to practicing environmental stewardship in our brewing process. We brew our kombucha with organic and local ingredients. All our waste from production is recycled, composted, or re-used. With each year, we strive to deepen our environmental commitment.  

Tradition

We craft brew in charred oak barrels for a definitive natural taste. The traditional oak encourages our brews to build a happier and healthier culture, taking their sweet time like any fine beverage. As a small but powerful team we hand bottle, hand label, and personally deliver our brews to local businesses.

Community

Our community is very supportive of local businesses and values local product. This makes it possible for us to exist and grow within our values. As a small mountain town, Durango community supports collaborative purchasing and distribution. We are sold in locally owned grocery stores, restaurants, cafes, bars, and markets throughout the western slope.
